Belt and Road × LawTech × Hong Kong’s Role

At the 10th Belt and Road Summit, Hong Kong’s Secretary for Justice, Mr Paul T. K. Lam, GBS, SC, JP, signed the sixth Memorandum of Cooperation with Pakistan’s Ministry of Law and Justice, witnessed by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Mr John K. C. Lee, GBM, SBS, PDSM, PMSM.



The following day, Mr Raja Naeem Akbar, Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Law and Justice of Pakistan, visited eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre. Our Chairman, Dr Thomas So, together with the team, showcased the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform and Deal-making Portal, demonstrating how LawTech empowers cross-border SMEs.



Within just 48 hours — from MOU signing to technology demonstration — Hong Kong once again highlighted its unique role as a “Super-Connector.” eBRAM remains committed to advancing LawTech innovation, integrating Law + Technology + Business to drive high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
