📣 eBRAM’s First HKMAAL-Accredited Professional Mediation Training Course Successfully Completed!
We’re proud to announce the successful completion of eBRAM’s inaugural Accredited Professional Mediation Training Course, officially recognized by the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL).
Led by our LeadTrainer, Mr. Jacky Lai, the course featured five days of intensive learning, combining structured instruction with eight realistic simulated mediation cases. Participants gained hands-on experience in applying facilitative mediation techniques, guided by seasoned mediation coaches who provided insightful feedback and skill enhancement.
