eBRAM was honoured to be invited by Hong Kong Metropolitan University to deliver a student talk titled “LawTech & AI in Action: How Technology Shapes the Future of Dispute Resolution.” Our Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mr Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MIET MBCS CEng PMP®, shared international perspectives on the evolving role of LawTech and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in enhancing the efficiency, accessibility, and transparency of cross-border dispute resolution.

💡Key highlights included:
- The practical application of AI and digital tools across the dispute resolution lifecycle, including evidence management, case administration, and user experience design.
- The growing adoption of technology and AI-assisted systems by arbitration and mediation institutions worldwide.
- The importance of ethical, legal, and critical considerations in the responsible use of AI in legal practice.

Mr Leung also introduced eBRAM’s experience in developing secure Online Dispute Resolution platform, encrypted communications, and intelligent case management systems, underscoring Hong Kong’s potential as a regional LawTech hub.
