eBRAM launches “GoGlobal eHub” under its Deal Making Portal (DMP)

26 March 2026

We are delighted to announce the successful launch of the “GoGlobal eHub”, a new interface under eBRAM’s Deal Making Portal — designed to support Mainland and Hong Kong enterprises, especially SMEs, in expanding globally through a trusted, one-stop LawTech platform.

The ceremony was officiated by Dr Thomas So JP, Chairman of eBRAM, and witnessed by Ms Zhang Yumei, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Law of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, underscoring the high level of recognition and support for eBRAM’s use of LawTech to advance enterprises’ global expansion strategy.

The launch was also supported by welcome remarks delivered via video by Dr Cheung Kwok-kwan, SBS, JP, Deputy Secretary for Justice of the HKSAR Government, and concluded with closing remarks by Mr Ronald Sum, JP, Vice Chairman of eBRAM.

The GoGlobal eHub serves as a one-stop, end-to-end digital platform that integrates business matching with Hong Kong’s professional services, AI-powered multilingual communication, identity verification tools, bilingual contract templates, legally recognised e-signatures, and seamless access to eBRAM’s Online Dispute Resolution services, enabling enterprises to efficiently manage the full lifecycle from deal facilitation and contract execution to dispute prevention and resolution, while strengthening trust and reducing cross-border risks.

This initiative aligns with national “go global” strategies and reinforces Hong Kong’s role as an international legal & dispute resolution hub.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all supporting organisations, partners and guests for their invaluable support in making this launch a success, and extend our special thanks to our distinguished panel speakers, including Mr Philip Tsang, Co founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caretia; Mr Albert Lam, MSc, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novelte Robotics Limited; Mr Tom Lam, Founder of AiXel-Labs; Ms Fong Patricia, Head of Intellectual Property Management of Hong Kong Productivity Council; Ms Keren Leung, Vice President of Certizen Technology, and Ms Carol Liu, Principal of Supreme Genius Consulting, for sharing their valuable insights on cross-border transaction challenges and opportunities, as well as to our panel moderator, Ir Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP® , for leading an engaging and insightful discussion.

eBRAM will continue aligning with National and HKSAR Policies and strengthening Hong Kong’s Foreign‑Related Rule of Law Hub through LawTech.
