eBRAM Participated First GoGlobal Task Force large-scale promotional event in Guangdong

eBRAM was pleased to participate in "Guangdong-Hong Kong collaboration begins at the Greater Bay Area - Guangdong enterprises' going global and international development promotion seminar (粤港联动・湾区启航——粤企『出海』和国际化发展推介会)" in Guangzhou on 28 April.

The seminar was jointly organised by Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong (GDETO) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Enterprises Overseas Professional Service Alliance. It marked the first major promotion activity in Guangdong under the “Mainland Enterprises Going Global Taskforce (内地企业出海专班) ”.

Mr Ronald Sum, JP, Vice Chairman of eBRAM, participated as a panel speaker, joining representatives from professional service providers, and the business sector from both Guangdong and Hong Kong to exchange views on the opportunities and challenges arising from enterprises’ international expansion.

During the panel discussion, Mr. Sum highlighted that, alongside market expansion, enterprises must navigate increasingly complex cross-border legal and regulatory environments. He noted that dispute resolution capabilities are becoming an increasingly important component of global competitiveness.

As the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area continues to strengthen its integrated professional services ecosystem, eBRAM will continue to contribute through:
• Cross-border dispute resolution and resource integration
• Application of LawTech in risk management
• Enhancement of corporate compliance and contract governance
• Risk identification and mitigation in international operations
