On 30 July 2026, eBRAM was honoured to be invited by the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Professionals Association to speak at its 271st Continuous Professional Training (CPT) webinar, which reached around 1,000 online attendees from the financial services sector.

Ir Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP®, Acting CEO of eBRAM, delivered a presentation on “Cross-Border Business Expansion in the Digital Age: Risk Management and Dispute Resolution Strategies”.

In his presentation, Mr. Leung highlighted the key risks businesses face when expanding overseas and shared how they can strengthen trust and resilience by adopting structured risk management and dispute-prevention measures from the outset.

Mr. Leung further introduced how eBRAM’s legal tech ecosystem can support cross-border business growth through its Deal Making Portal and Online Dispute Resolution platform. By combining digital technologies and artificial intelligence, eBRAM helps enterprises manage transactions more efficiently and resolve disputes faster, at lower cost, and with greater legal certainty.

Mr. Leung also underscored the importance of trusted digital governance and legal certainty to support cross‑border collaboration across the Greater Bay Area and beyond to underpin resilient, interconnected ecosystems that enable businesses and cities to scale securely.

Through the webinar, eBRAM reinforced its vision of ODR as a proactive framework that builds confidence among parties and mitigates risks before disputes arise. This aligns with our ongoing mission to leverage LawTech not only for efficient resolution but also to foster more reliable and collaborative cross-border partnerships. Our efforts continue to focus on enabling secure, streamlined international project delivery and sustainable business growth through integrated digital legal solutions.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Professionals Association, fellow speakers from the ICAC Business Ethics Development Centre and ISACA Hong Kong Chapter, and all participants for the engaging discussions.
