eBRAM Participates in Shenzhen Legal Services Expo 2026 (深圳法律服務博覽會), Advancing Cross-Border Dispute Resolution and LawTech Collaboration⚖️
eBRAM was pleased to participate in the Shenzhen Legal Services Expo 2026, held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian) from 29 to 30 August. Under the theme “Serving Manufacturing with Law, Connecting the World through the Rule of Law (服務融製造 法治鏈全球)”, the Expo brought together legal service providers, in-house counsel, arbitration and mediation institutions, and industry experts from Mainland China and overseas to explore developments in cross-border legal services and LawTech.
As a representative of Hong Kong’s professional dispute resolution sector, eBRAM participated through keynote sharing, panel discussions, roadshows and booth engagement, exchanging views with representatives from the legal, business and technology sectors on the development of dispute resolution in the digital economy.
Dr Thomas So, JP, Chairman of eBRAM, spoke at the forum on “Arbitration Strategies and Mediation Innovation for Enterprises Going Global (企業出海的仲裁策略與調解創新)”, sharing eBRAM’s experience as an APEC-recognised ODR provider and exploring how Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) can enhance the efficiency of cross-border dispute resolution and support enterprises, particularly SMEs, in accessing international markets.
Mr Ronald Sum, JP, Vice Chairman of eBRAM, joined the roundtable on “Cross-Border Data Flow Rules and Practices (數據跨境流動規則與實務)”, exchanging views with industry experts on data governance, cross-border data flows and corporate compliance in the digital economy.
Mr Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP®, Acting Chief Executive Officer of eBRAM, also introduced eBRAM’s latest developments in ODR, LawTech and cross-border business services during the roadshow. The eBRAM team further engaged with businesses and professionals at the exhibition booth, exploring the practical application of LawTech and cross-border dispute resolution.
As an APEC-recognised ODR provider, eBRAM will continue to leverage Hong Kong’s strengths as an international legal and dispute resolution centre, combining technology innovation and international collaboration to advance ODR and contribute to stronger legal services connectivity across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
