Workshop Background & Synopsis

For Hong Kong's legal sector, the dual challenges of AI-driven business disputes and the rise of 企業出海 (Chinese enterprises going global) are creating a new, complex frontier.

Understanding AI is no longer a technical curiosity—it is a core competency for managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising clients on cross-border projects.

This essential masterclass, a powerful collaboration between eBRAM's pioneering Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and PMI's global AI-Governance Best Practice & AI-Gold Standards, is designed to bridge this critical knowledge gap.

We provide the foundational understanding of AI governance, liability, and global standards that every legal practitioner needs to navigate this new era confidently.

Gain actionable insights into AI's "black box," learn the international project management frameworks essential for cross-border cases, and see the future of dispute resolution through a live ODR platform demonstration.
