Pilot Scheme on Sports Dispute Resolution Special Session 3

Following eBRAM’s appointment by the Department of Justice as the technology provider for Hong Kong’s first Pilot Scheme on Sports Dispute Resolution, eBRAM as the programme’s LawTech service partner, has designed this Online Dispute Resolution Training Programme. Leveraging the technological capabilities applied in the Pilot Scheme—such as AI‑enabled multilingual translation and blockchain‑secured recordkeeping—the programme provides structured training to equip mediators and arbitrators with the essential skills required for effective technology‑supported online dispute resolution.

Part 1: Instructional Session
- eBRAM Online ADR Fundamentals: Introduction to eBRAM, online ADR concepts, distinctions from traditional ADR, and key considerations.
- The Pilot Scheme Sports Dispute Resolution Online Platform Workflow Step-by-step guidance on case handling, including digital identity verification (eKYC), dispute identification, stakeholder communication, and solution implementation.
- Technology Applications Exploration of eBRAM’s blockchain and AI technologies in ODR practise.
Part 2: Online Sports Dispute Resolution Simulation
Group exercises simulating sports dispute to refine practical ODR platform skills.
- 100% attendance in in-person sessions;
- Completion of three assigned simulated cases on the Pilot Scheme Sports Dispute Resolution Online Platform by August 6, 2026
