Organised by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD), the Privacy-Friendly Awards 2025 are themed “Safeguarding Data Security: Marching towards a New Digital Era.” The Awards recognise the commitment and efforts of enterprises, public and private organisations, and government departments in protecting personal data privacy. They also aim to promote best practices in data governance and enhance privacy awareness across all sectors.

eBRAM is honoured to receive the Gold Award, which affirms our dedication to placing privacy, cybersecurity, and trust at the core of our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and LawTech services. As a provider of digital justice solutions, we ensure every user interaction is secure, confidential, and compliant with international standards.

✨ To qualify for the Gold Award, eBRAM successfully implemented five key Privacy Protection Measures:
📌 Regularly reviewed data security policies at board or senior management meetings within the past 24 months
🧑‍💼 Appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or set up a dedicated department for data protection
🔍 Completed PCPD’s Data Security Scanner
📄 Developed a data breach response plan
🧠 Provided staff training on personal data privacy within the past 24 months
