Official Launch of eBRAM’s .hk Domain Name Disputes ODR Service

We’re proud to announce the official launch of eBRAM’s .hk Domain Name Disputes Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Service, now formally accredited by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC).

This milestone event began with Welcome Remarks by Mr. Ronald Sum, JP, Vice Chairman of eBRAM, followed by a presentation from Mr. Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MIET MBCS CEng PMP®, Acting CEO and CTO, who showcased the features and benefits of our AI-powered ODR Platform. Ms. Yiwen (Wenny) Huang, FCIArb, Deputy CEO and Secretary General, then provided a walkthrough of the domain name dispute resolution process and the key advantages of using this streamlined service.

A highlight of the day was the Panel Discussion on “Domain Name Disputes: Drafting Decisions, Legal Insights, and Leveraging Technology”, moderated by Ms. Rosita Li, Partner at ELLALAN and Co-Chair of eBRAM’s Film and TV Culture Industry Committee. Joining her were distinguished panelists: Ir Dr. Christopher To, Programme Director of LLMArbDR in CityU School of Law and Member of eBRAM Rules Committee; Mr. Douglas Clark, Partner at Tanner De Witt; and Ir Wilson Wong, CEO of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC), shared insights on decision writing, AI-powered workflows, and the role of HKIRC in domain governance.
