eBRAM at the Third Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM3) of APEC in Incheon

On 13 August 2025, APEC Senior Officials’ Meeting was successfully held at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, Republic of Korea. The event brought together legal, technology, and policy experts from across the Asia-Pacific region to discuss the progress in implementing the APEC Collaborative Framework for ODR, injecting new momentum into regional cooperation and innovation in digital dispute resolution.
Mr. Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MIET MBCS CEng PMP®, Acting CEO & CTO of eBRAM, was invited to present on “Progress in Implementing the APEC Collaborative Framework for ODR.” He exchanged insights with representatives from the United States, Japan, and Mainland China on the challenges and opportunities in building cross-border ODR systems. Drawing on eBRAM’s experience in developing ODR platforms and promoting LawTech collaboration, Mr. Leung highlighted how technology enhances efficiency, breaks down cross-border barriers, and fosters regional integration.
