🔹 eBRAM Co-organises Forum on the Integration and Development of AI and Arbitration 🔹

On 31 July, eBRAM joined Hui Ye Law Firm and CLECSS in co-organising the forum "The Integration and Development of AI and Arbitration (智啟新程・法匯未來——AI與仲裁的融合與發展)" in Shanghai, bringing together leading professionals from Hong Kong and Shanghai to discuss the future of dispute resolution in the AI era.

The forum explored key topics including developments in arbitration and mediation in Hong Kong, cross-border arbitration, the internationalisation of China's arbitration sector, and the growing role of AI in dispute resolution.

🤝 Mr. Raymond Ngai, Member of the eBRAM Board of Directors, attended the event and participated in discussions with legal, arbitration, mediation, and academic professionals on AI-enabled dispute resolution, cross-border legal services, and LegalTech innovation.

🎤 Mr. Ir Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP® , Acting CEO of eBRAM, delivered a keynote presentation on “Applications and Practices of AI Throughout the Arbitration Process (AI在仲裁全流程中的應用與實踐)”, sharing insights into AI's role in case management, document handling, procedural support, and online dispute resolution. He also joined a panel discussion on the opportunities, challenges, and boundaries of AI in arbitration.

🌐 Ms. Yiwen (Wenny) Huang, FCIArb, Secretary-General of eBRAM, participated in the panel discussion "Challenges Facing Cross-Border Arbitration", where she shared practical experience in digital dispute resolution and cross-border dispute management.
