eBRAM Invited to Participate in the 2026 "Shenzhen's Rising Tide: Navigating for Chinese Enterprises Going Global" Rule of Law Lecture Series

On 31 July, eBRAM was invited to participate in the fourth session of the 2026 "Shenzhen's Rising Tide: Navigating for Chinese Enterprises Going Global" Rule of Law Lecture Series 「潮起深圳・領航出海」法治課堂, organised by the Commission Office for Advancing Law-Based Governance of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee (深圳市委依法治市办) and Justice Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (深圳市司法局).

Under the theme "Bridging Shenzhen and Hong Kong Through Law: Cross-Border Compliance and Dispute Resolution Practice 法鏈深港——跨境法律合規與爭議解決實務", the event brought together legal professionals, arbitrators, business leaders, and professional service providers from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to discuss emerging challenges and practical solutions for companies expanding internationally.

🤝 Mr Adrian Lai JP, Member of the eBRAM Board of Directors and Barrister at Des Voeux Chambers, participated in the panel discussion, sharing insights on how Shenzhen enterprises can leverage Hong Kong's online arbitration and transaction facilitation services. He also highlighted how legal technology can support businesses in establishing a digital risk management framework throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

💡 Mr. Lai noted that the challenges facing companies going global are evolving beyond market access and supply chain management to include counterparty due diligence, cross-border evidence preservation, remote contracting, and dispute management. As a result, businesses increasingly require proactive digital legal safeguards alongside effective dispute resolution mechanisms.

🌐eBRAM continues to advance the integration of law and technology through AI, blockchain, electronic signatures, and ODR solutions, empowering enterprises to strengthen risk management and navigate international markets with greater confidence.
