Request for Proposal (RFP) for eBRAM’s Generative AI Solution

eBRAM is excited to announce an open tender and welcomes proposal submissions for the provision of a Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solution. This project involves implementing AI solutions into eBRAM’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) services to enhance value delivery and better address the needs of legal and dispute resolution professionals. 

The following six Use Cases for AI have been established for the ODR:

1. AI Negotiation Assistant to generate a questionnaire for the Negotiation Stage
2. ODR Preparation AI Assistant to assistthe Mediator or Arbitrator with case summaries
3. Arbitral Award Writing AI Assistant
4. AI Document Translation Assistant
5. AI Legal Research Assistant
6. AI Chatbot for General Enquiry for eBRAM Information

We are seeking qualified vendors with relevant experience in AI implementation.

Proposals should include a comprehensive cost estimate and a detailed project timeline, accompanied by evidence of relevant experience and past performance. Additionally, vendors should outline their approach to meeting the project requirements and any innovative solutions they can offer.

To participate in the RFP process, please express your interest by sending an email to carmen.ko@ebram.org no later than 6 p.m. on Thursday, 12 June 2025. The email should include the statement provided below and be accompanied by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Upon receipt of the required documents, the full RFP outlining detailed requirements will be provided by eBRAM.
