一邦第三屆認可專業調解員培訓課程圓滿舉辦

近日，由一邦國際網上仲調中心（eBRAM）主辦、並獲香港調解資歷評審有限公司（HKMAAL）認可的第三屆《認可專業調解員培訓課程》順利完成。

本課程延續一邦在專業爭議解決培訓領域的實踐積累，圍繞香港促進式調解體系，結合跨境爭議解決需求，致力於培養兼具專業能力與實踐經驗的調解人才。

專業課程設計 結合實踐與應用

本屆課程由資深調解專家、HKMMAL認可首席培訓師黎子健大律師授課，課程內容以實踐導向為核心，通過系統講解與案例演練相結合的方式，幫助學員掌握調解的核心方法與技巧。

在為期五天的培訓中，課程重點包括：

• 香港促進式調解的核心理念及實務技巧

• 調解流程各階段的關鍵要點與策略應用

• 調解員專業操守與角色定位

• 多場景模擬調解演練

課程特別設計多組源於真實情境的模擬調解案例，由資深導師團隊進行現場指導與點評，幫助學員在實際操作中加深理解，實現理論與實踐的有效銜接。

融合法律科技 推動調解模式創新

除傳統調解技能培訓外，課程亦結合一邦在在線爭議解決（ODR）領域的實踐經驗，介紹數字化工具在調解程序中的應用。

通過展示線上調解平台的運作機制與應用場景，學員得以瞭解法律科技如何提升爭議解決的效率與可及性，為應對日益增長的跨境爭議需求提供新的路徑。

The course is well organized with a good balance of theory and practice. Through role plays, trainees become familiar with the full mediation process and key skills. The trainer and coaches are professional and supportive, offering practical guidance to prepare for the Stage 2 assessment. The mediation skills covered are not only relevant to formal mediation, but also applicable to workplace communication, and I find them very useful in my daily work.
