The Third Accredited Professional Mediator Training Programme Successfully Concluded

eBRAM recently completed the Third Accredited Professional Mediator Training Programme, accredited by the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), reaffirming our commitment to nurturing mediation talent and advancing professional dispute resolution services.

Led by Mr. Jacky Lai, Barrister-at-Law and HKMAAL Accredited Trainer, the five-day programme combined theoretical learning with practical exercises, covering facilitative mediation, mediation procedures, professional ethics, and simulated mediation cases.

The programme also featured a sharing session by Ir Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP®, Acting Chief Executive Officer of eBRAM, who introduced eBRAM’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and demonstrated how legal technology and online mediation tools are transforming dispute resolution practice and supporting cross-border dispute management.

We are encouraged by the positive feedback received from participants, who highlighted the programme’s practical approach and its value in strengthening their mediation skills and professional development.

eBRAM will continue to support mediation talent development and promote the integration of mediation and LawTech, contributing to Hong Kong’s role as a leading international dispute resolution centre.
