Job Description

 Role and responsibilities: 

  • Convene, manage, and administer cases.  
  • Handle case management issues effectively and in a professional manner.  
  • Regularly meet and communicate with team members to discuss case issues.  
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all closed cases  

Core Competencies/Skills: 

  • Case management skills: must be able to articulate, understand, support and perform in accordance with all eBRAM rules, policies, and procedures which affect the case management process. This includes but is not limited to online documentation and usage of softwares for all types of ODR services 
  • Basic proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures (negotiation, mediation, arbitration, court reference, etc.)  
  • Relationship skills with disputing parties: ability to proactively determine client needs to ensure that the overall experience is positive 
  • Technical skills: Computer literate and proficiency in all software programs required for the position  
  • Organization skills: exceptional ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a quick-paced environment  
  • Communication skills: good verbal & written communication skills  
  • Collaboration: solid ability in working with Team members; must act professionally and possess great interpersonal skills;  
  • Legal knowledge: must have a good understanding of the legal industry including court processes and legal terminology  Education/Experience:
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably relating to law and/or finance  
  • Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 
  • Well-organized, pro-active, meticulous and be able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Provide analysis of current campaigns and feeding the information to the Marketing and PR.

  • Be proactive and creative in identifying new tactics to inspire and motivate the work for good community.

Job Description: 

  • Assist in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrade and maintenance
  • Perform routine system checking for server, network, firewall and backup
  • Work with vendor and support team on resolving system and network issues
  • Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance

  • Build the next generation of an online dispute resolution platform through a combination of green-field development with modern technologies and refactoring of existing code bases

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial support to Management Team on various activities in a timely fashion with quality, i.e. appointment coordination, travel, filing, correspondence, PowerPoint, etc.Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing weekly expense report, the annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

Requirements:
